A project which approaches the subject of material consumption, as black magic. Many of the images are presented in the solo show, Avenue des Gobelins, Paradise Row, London 2011. The title of the exhibition is borrowed from one of Atget's iconic photographs of Parisian shop fronts, and is a meditation on the mystical, ritual nature of material desire.
